BassLine Workshops
"Build Your Bass / Guitar" Workshop
We´ve got a new concept which goes far beyond being only a „custom shop“. We call ist „Build your bass Workshop“. Interested bassplayers explain their whishes concerning their dream instrument. Afterwards they build it by their own hands under expert guidiance of Rüdiger Ziesemann who is well known for his 25 year experience in building instruments. Bassline is able to supervise up to two workshop participans with their individual project. For one week the bassbuilder is involved in the bassline crew and works at his own instrument. The exact pricing depends on hardware, woods and finishing of the instrument and will be calculated individually before starting. For example, an instrument equipped with two pickups and a mahagony, ash or alder body and a couloured satin finish could be realised for 1500 €.If you are interested, feel free to get in contact with us.
"Pimp Your Bass / Guitar" Workshop
This is your chance to learn how to adjust your instrument like a professional. You will be guided through the whole procedure by Rüdiger Ziesemann while you can practice on your own guitar.
Wiring troubles, replacing parts like jack plug or volume control are part of the workshop as well as the right treatment for servicable parts and finish.
Groups of 4-6 will be shown to spruce up their instruments under competent guidance.
Charge will be 39 €/p.
Some deeper look into the secrets of building bassguitars and a snack with coffee and sandwiches will round up the event.
